   • Core engineer and team lead on iinsight, a case-management SaaS used by hundreds of provider companies and thousands of daily users across Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.
   • I delivered plan management, collections, reporting, custom forms and service-contract modules, and integrations with Xero, LanternPay, NDIS and Workcover.
   • I owned escalated production issues end to end: reproduction, root-cause analysis, hotfixes and data migrations on live client records.
   • I worked to the privacy standards for health and disability data, and supported, trained and reviewed other engineers.
